What Nordvec is
Nordvec is a document search platform for small and medium-sized European businesses. It connects the tools a company already uses, indexes the content and lets the team ask questions in a plain chat. The answer is written out, not a list of links, and it names the documents it is based on.
Access follows existing permissions: what an employee cannot see in the original tool, they cannot see in Nordvec either. Every query, source and answer is logged.
Data in the EU
Storage, generation and embeddings run in European data centres, and no model is trained on customer data. A public sub-processor register names each provider, its jurisdiction and the transfer basis.

The company
Nordvec is developed by Nordvec ApS, a separate company owned by Rasmus K. Damgaard and Mathias B. Andersen, who also own TBH I/S.
Nordvec has not launched yet. Access is by request.
